A WORD FROM OUR PASTOR

Here’s a test.   Did you miss not being able to worship with your church family this past Sunday?  Does it concern you that this coming Sunday is unpredictable as well?

A wonderful Psalm sings, “I was glad when they said unto me let us go into the house of the Lord.”  There is something mysterious, even supernatural, about the need to make worship a part of the rhythm of your life.  “Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy,” is not just a command to be followed as some duty or requirement, but is rather a holy invitation to unite your souls with something and Someone greater than yourselves.

So how did you answer the question….and what does that say for the condition of your soul?  Worship, faithful attendance, is not just to get the box checked for being a good church member.  It is to give God your adoration, to give yourself attention to something deeper.

I really, really hope we will worship this Sunday….but watch for the updates if not….and pray for good weather.   I will miss you if not.

Brave Journey, Bill
