Dear CVBC Church Family,
I hope this newsletter finds you all well and enjoying the beauty of the changing seasons! I am beyond excited to have the wonderful opportunity to serve as your Youth Director at CVBC once again! It feels like a homecoming, and I can’t wait to reconnect with all of you.
I look forward to expanding and growing our youth program by doing bible studies, hosting lock-in’s, taking our youth to Passport Camp in the summer, prayer driving, and serving Crabtree Cafes.
As we step into fall, we have an array of exciting events lined up that I believe will bring our youth closer to each other, our church family, and to God.
Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming:
- Puppet Show & Scripture Reading
Sun. 10/6: The children will perform a puppet show in the Sunday morning worship service. The Youth will help direct children when to go on stage and read 2 scriptures. - Speed Friending
Wed. 10/16: The youth will join the adults in their prayer meeting at 7pm to discuss conversation starter questions together. The goal is to begin building friendships among the youth and adults at CVBC. - Fall Festival
Wed. 10/30: The children and youth will enjoy an evening of games, snacks, and even a cake walk while dressed in their costumes. - Speed Friending
