Lessons from Isaiah
Isaiah warned against false alliances for the nation of Judah. But the message was not headed by the people, and ultimately led to their captivity. In these similarly turbulent times, we must remember:
- God’s work will always be done, even in these turbulent times
- “Do not fear,” as God is always present
- Christian Life is not about God being “on our side”, rather we should be on His side and uniting with Him
- God’s purpose is unchanging
