I’m not big on New Year’s resolutions. I am big on taking inventory of the condition of my soul and looking at how I am enlarging it and keeping it healthy ….or not.
I have an invitation to give you—-make Wednesday night a new rhythm in your life. Going Sunday to Sunday is too long to not meet and grow together with each other and God.
We worship on Sunday and that is essential. But on Wednesday we pray for each other and take advantage of offerings that grow us as disciples of Christ.
This Wednesday (today if you are reading it on Wednesday) Cheryl and Ashley will share their story of their recent experience in Guatemala. Refreshments will be served. Fellowship will be experienced. And something important will take place—spending time with God and with those who remind us of God.
So every Wednesday at 6:30pm gives you a gift that can make your new year fuller and deeper. You are invited. We need you and you need us.
