Easter is over, now what?
Could Jesus be saying to us,”Why don’t you include me?” Just doing the same old, same old and you think your life is going to be different.
The Easter crowd is gone, Monday morning still shows up, routine is ever present.
On this far side of Easter which is the only side we have, instead of going back…back to doing the way you’ve always done it and living life the way you’ve always lived it, why not include the risen Christ? Why not let Him walk with you?
The message is not that Easter was an event 200 years ago or even a week ago but that Easter started something 2000 years ago. It is not that the tomb was empty, but that the risen Christ is now alive. He is alive so He doesn’t want to be treated like He is dead.
So Easter is over, now what? Did you go right back to your same homes, same families, same jobs, same worries? Has anything changed in you? Be a Resurrection story.
